While in the nation's capital, Kaya finallyseemed to have picked up the art of the dinner conversation. Take a peek.

Cottage-ing Canadian style
After spending a few weeks in truly Canadian style, cottage-ing in the Laurentians and Muskoka, where we introduced Stefan to roasted marsmellows and SMORES of course, we are back in the city and re-connected to all things non-earthy. I already miss my undeniably grubby cottage attire. Which consisits of practically well, truthfully...the SAME thing everyday!
For Kaya the lake and massive green spaces were love at first sight and then as most good toddlers with a short attention span, she slowly started going a little crazy (can you hear the song in your head). The entertainment provided was similar to anything organic: you know, eat it today or it's so rotten, it will eat you tomorrow. Non-organic produce and pre-made, pre-packaged foods just like life in the city seems to somehow have a much longer shelf life or maybe it's just us parents who get a tad boring, next time we're taking another little one with us. Sorry Catherine, as previously mentionned, you're going to have to sacrifice Gerogia as she is Kaya's favourite live action figure!
So, a BIG thanks to all those who ivited us up North to their places, keeping Kaya from losing her marbles.
...it even has a ginormous pool with actual moving fish toys...
...and daddy plays splashy-splash with me...
...the ginormous pool huddle. Time to get out, why?
And then there were 2.
YEAH! A friend, a friend, play with me Georgie.
Savannah getting her cuddles, a stuffy nose and sinuses requires mommy hugs as a remedy.
TheBonderosa, the location of Stefan's 1st smores - a memorable occassion.
Now this is what I'm talking about, more kiddies and a looney, that's the fun Kaya's been-a-needing!
